 PLEASE COME WITH YOUR HAIR WASH AND COMPLETELY DRY AND COMB OUT

GIVE YOURSELF A SET MIND THAT IT'S YOUR GLAM DAY AND NOT TO BE IN RUSH, BECAUSE WE DON'T LIKE TO RUSH ON ANYONE and Some days WE RUN behind if you are booking your hair appointment on the day of an event please book with extra time before your event in or other appointment you have

We do Small & Extra Small only in the morning, so please before you book your appointment contact us 

Must put a VALID and WORKING phone number when you’re booking

Please bring the right hair or you will Not get serviced 

Please drop a frontal/weeks at least 1-2 days in advance before appointment for customizing this is bleaching and plucking knots. Unless you have a colored frontal, or wig any color you need can be brought in same day at no charge 

If you have a wig that’s colored but have dark roots please send us a picture We will let you know if you should drop it or not

 For any reason you choose not to drop off your frontal 24-48 hrs in advance it will be $15 extra

DO NOT COME WITH YOUR HAIR BRAIDED NO EXTRA COMPANY, CHILDREN OR GUEST 

• 15 minutes late = $10
• 20 minutes late = $20
• 30 minutes = appointment cancelled
